What are we going to do?
ITS Enterprise Applications is upgrading the Finance component of ConnectCarolina to the latest version of the PeopleSoft Finance software.
Why are we doing it?
The upgrade ensures that Connect Carolina, UNC’s instance of PeopleSoft, stays current with the latest software, incorporates new features, and leverages the latest security features provided by Oracle for PeopleSoft Finance
How does this impact our UNC community?
Campus users shouldn’t notice any changes to the user interface in ConnectCarolina.
When is this happening?
The planning for this project began in October 2023 and is expected to be go-live in April 2024. ITS Enterprise Applications expects this project to complete by May 31, 2024
