Following the UNC System directive to significantly reduce campus operations and services during the pandemic, the Service Desk Walk-in center is closed.
Protecting the health, safety and well-being of our campus community is our first priority.
The Service Desk is available to provide technical support Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., via 919-962-HELP, live chat or through our Online Help Request form.
While we’re all adjusting to remote work, instruction and learning, we truly appreciate your patience.
