Keeping your cell phones and tablets up to date is just as critical as keeping a computer up to date. Below you will find steps for both iOS and Android devices.
iOS
-Tap the settings icon

-Scroll down and tap “General”

-Within “General” tap “Software Update“.
-Tap “Download and Install” or even updates are already downloaded “Install Now.”
Android
-Navigate to your apps list, and tap on “Settings”
-Tap on the option for “About Phone/Tablet”
-Tap “System Updates” or “Download Updates”
-Tap “Check for Updates”
-Tap “Download” or “Yes” if an update is available, and tap “Install Now” to install.
