Ocelot, a cloud-based chatbot application, is being implemented in several student administration offices across campus. This project enhanced the student chatbot experience by pulling data from PeopleSoft to provide personalized information to students. The tool used to accomplish this was the Ocelot PeopleSoft Connector.
