What is it? 

The Division of Enrollment, in collaboration with ITS, is launching an Enhanced Student Center. These enhancements powered by HighPoint software, will integrate with ConnectCarolina to offer improved functionality including a user-friendly interface for both students and student administration offices.

Why are we doing it?  

The change will improve the user experience by providing new functionalities for students and student offices. Students will be able to make online advising appointments, access campus walking maps, and plan courses based on their major’s requirements. 

How does this impact our UNC community?  

The enhancement will affect students and student offices such as UNC Advising, the Registrar’s Office, and the Office of Scholarships and Student Aid. The data won’t change for affected users but will be displayed in a different way. 

When is this happening?  

Changes are expected to be made in early Spring 2025. However, some changes may happen later.
