My name is Tosha Woods. I have been one of the university operators for almost 7 yrs. Initially, starting with ITS Walk-in Services.
Checking in students/staff who had issues with their laptops. As well as at the beginning of the school year with registration. At times, I would have to ask a student to allow me to take a sip of water to “wet my whistle” because the line would be never ending!!

During the pandemic, I started to feel depressed and stagnant. I took a position as a part time caregiver for seniors with physical/mental disabilities. I had no experience in this field.

I am now working as a job coach for individuals with intellectual disabilities, prompting them to stay on tasks and all until they are able to work independently. I am honored to have this position and it is so rewarding to see them graduate.
