Over the last year, all of Tier 1 services (Phones, Chat, and Walk-In) at the Service Desk moved under one umbrella. As expected there were some bumps in the road. In the end, the group came out stronger and better than ever. I am so proud of how this group came together to work as a team. Every day the team continues to amaze me with the generosity and kindness, and compassion they display toward one another and me.
