As February comes to a close, ITS News wraps up two months packed full of news about comings and goings, technology resolutions and the many activities of the Infrastructure & Operations and the Communication Technologies groups at Information Technology Services.

In February, we shared a feature that you can expect more often in ITS News in coming months—a customer case study. A senior associate director at the Office of Undergraduate Admissions explained how ITS Enterprise Operations is “crucial to keeping the wheels of admission running smoothly.”
