Teaching & Learning Interactive
Teaching & Learning Interactive (TLI) is dedicated to the design, development, delivery, and support of innovative educational products and services that fulfill the instructional goals at Carolina.
TLI comprises two interrelated groups:
- The Multimedia team creates multimedia that supports the educational objectives of Carolina faculty, staff, and students.
- The Learning Management Support team enables and supports the campus learning management system to provide Carolina faculty, staff, and students with 24/7 online access to instructional materials.
- Faculty can focus on teaching and research, because ITS-TLI takes on tasks associated with instructional product creation, management, and support.
- Original, effective, faculty-authored instructional multimedia enhances both classroom and online learning experiences.
- Students have 24/7 access to cutting-edge educational products that are instructionally sound and proven to increase knowledge retention and transfer.
- University funds remain on campus in direct support of the University’s academic mission.
- Products and services are integrated with university systems to maximize the use of existing data, resources, and support, wherever possible.
