Creating a DyKnow Account and Signing up with a Help Center

1. Open DyKnow (Start-->Programs-->DyKnow).
2. Click New User.
3. Enter a User ID and Password to use as your DyKnow login. Do not use your Onyen information. You do not need to enter your E-Mail address or Student ID#. Click OK.
4. On the Sign On screen, enter your the User ID and Password that you just created.
5. Click Sign On.
6. My DyKnow opens. Click the Offered Classes tab.
7. Find the appropriate UNC-Chapel Hill Help Center, and click Sign Up.
