ITS User Support and Engagement strives to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective, reliable, and professional IT support, in partnership with campus units.

The division advances the University’s role as one of the nation’s leading public universities by providing continuous service improvement and leveraging technology efficiencies and expertise.

The division is broken down into eleven functional areas: the Carolina Computing Initiative (CCI), the Computer Repair Center (CRC), the Control Center, Customer Relations, the ITS Response Center (ITRC), the On-Site Technical Support Group (OTSG), Remedy Services and Development, the ResNET program, Software Acquisition, and the University Operators.
