- Submit/Update a Web Request for Help
Submit a new help request, check or update existing open requests and review resolved or closed requests. Our goal is to assign your request to the appropriate group within 30 minutes.
- Online Chat
Use our Online Chat service to chat live with a technical support person. This service can also allow the use of desktop streaming, where the support person, with your permission, can access your desktop to assist you with your problem.

- On-site Support
Any student living in an on-campus residence hall or apartment community, may request ResNET On-Site Support. See the ResNET Web site for more details on the program.
Lynda.com is a UNC Chapel Hill licensed online video-training library that has more than 2,400 software, career development, and technology training titles that you can access from anywhere using an internet browser and your Onyen login.

Microsoft IT Academy Program allows you to improve your skills with self-paced, interactive, and engaging online training.
