Software and Hardware You can't really function on campus if your hardware and software needs aren't met. That's why ITS is here to help. You can purchase new hardware through the Carolina Computing Initiative (CCI) or at the RAM Shop, or get old hardware fixed at the ITRC. If you need a new software program, we might be able to supply it for free – check out opportunities for free campus licenses at ITS Software Acquisition and UNC-Chapel Hill Shareware.
