 What do we mean by Technical Support?

We mean anything and everything technical, so if you have a technology problem, contact us! The [ http://its.unc.edu/itrc/ ] Response Center is the first point of contact for technical support at UNC Chapel Hill. Our goal is to resolve technical support issues as quickly as possible, preferably on initial contact. When we cannot resolve issues immediately, we track and route them to the appropriate support group. We work closely with specialized help desks provided by different departments and schools on campus.

 How to Get Help

There are many ways to get technical support:
