About

AFS provides the University community with a free file storage solution. Departments have the option to purchase additional AFS storage. AFS can serve as a central place to store files for you or your department. The files are then available from any computer, Windows or UNIX, running the AFS client software or via a Secure FTP client. Additionally, AFS offers more advanced users enhanced capabilities to manage file permissions, group access to directories, and disk quotas.
