Finance Central is a service that provides access to all UNC Web Financial Applications in one-stop fashion through a central web portal. Finance Central is a secure application, which allows authorized users to reach important finance tools, including [ http://help.unc.edu/?id=5779 ] ITP, Check Request, [ http://help.unc.edu/?id=3111 ] CABS and more.

Campus users can access this portal by going to the University Finance web site ([ http://www.unc.edu/finance/ ] www.unc.edu/finance) and selecting the [ https://s4.its.unc.edu/frs/ ] Finance Central link.

To use Finance Central, you will need an authorized RACF or FACS ID, which is a centralized ID for use with all University financial applications. If you do not already have such an ID, see the document [ http://help.unc.edu/?id=5916 ] How do I obtain a FACS ID? for assistance.
