Schools and divisions can choose from data sets that are delivered every weeknight, weekly (on Fridays), and on the last day of the month.

Users/Customers

UNC-Chapel Hill and UNC-General Administration technical staff.

Service Provisioning

To request access to HR/Payroll data, submit a help request directed to the ConnectCarolina HR team. To request access to Finance data, submit a help request to the ConnectCarolina Finance team. A team member will work with you to gather more information regarding the request and to determine if the currently available datasets will meet your needs. Before access to data can be given, the data steward for the information you are requesting must approve your request.

Supported Environment/Services

Approximately 30 DDA feeds are available for use. The ConnectCarolina team cannot create custom data feeds. The ConnectCarolina team provides the data but cannot provide support for the use of that data.

ConnectCarolina, including the Departmental Data Access component, is supported by budgetary allocations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. There is no charge to students, faculty and staff, schools or divisions to use the DDA data feeds.
