Classroom Hotline’s mission is to enhance the learning experience at the University of North Carolina by supporting and maintaining innovative, easy-to-use technology classrooms. We provide on-site and telephone support, as well as technology demonstrations, to aid faculty in integrating the newest technology into their lectures. The Hotline also offers videoconferencing services.

We offer full classroom support from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and limited support from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Mission: Making Rooms That Work
The primary role of the Learning Space Design team is to provide project management and quality assurance functions for the AV and systems integration of a renovation or new construction. We are involved in the review of schedules, project documents, diagrams and job sites throughout the construction or renovation process to ensure that a quality AV system and installation occurs.
Our goal is to ensure that the integration of technology into your classroom will help empower faculty, staff, and students in pursuit of their education, research, administration, and service missions.
We will be happy to help you find a suitable room for your video conference. We have upgraded several of our rooms with an advanced solution using pan-tilt cameras and ceiling mounted microphones. You can see all of these rooms, with photographs and descriptions by going to Find A Classroom and searching for Web Conferencing. You will see a list of more than 30 rooms to choose from.
