CCI Printing is a student service that enables users to submit print jobs from their laptop and most University Libraries' computers, and release those print jobs from any of the designated black and white or color CCI Printing print stations across campus. Students who are enrolled in the current semester/session receive a print allocation usable at any CCI Printing location.

CCI Printing is primarily a service for all current students, but is also available to faculty, staff, and University affiliates with an active Onyen and UNC One Card or One Card Office payment card.
Every student with an Onyen has access to the service. The print allocation for each semester is applied to current students' UNC One Card account before the first day of class. Students can check the UNC One Card Office site at http://onecard.unc.edu/ for their print fund balance (listed as "CCI Printing Plan").
Students have to install the CCI Printing software on their laptop. And students must be on the campus network or use the campus VPN client to submit print jobs. The CCI Printing software and campus VPN client are both available at the Software Acquisition website - http://software.sites.unc.edu/.

Thursday 5am-7am and Sunday 6-10am are the normal maintenance windows. Other maintenance periods are possible and will be advertised on the CCI Printing map page at https://cciprinting.unc.edu. Notices of scheduled maintenance will be posted on the map page 48 hours in advance at https://cciprinting.unc.edu.
Hours Of Operation
Outside of scheduled maintenance, CCI Printing is available to users 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. Support is provided 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday except during official University closings.
Customers agree to be familiar and adhere to the University's Acceptable Use Policy. They are also expected to provide any requested information relevant to their issue within the requested window (24 hours for General issues; 8 hours for important issues; 30 minutes for Critical issues). Non response after 3 attempts to contact the customer will result in a ticket closeout.
Out of Scope
The printing allocation provided to students is for the current semester/session. Once the semester is over, the allocation balance is cleared, and a new balance is applied for students enrolled in next semester/session.
