Service Description

At the present time, Communication Technologies (ComTech) cellular service offerings are restricted to ordering and billing of cellular services offered by State contract. ComTech acts as a VAR for those cellular companies offerings to the UNC campus community.

Hours of Availability

In-service and emergency support: 24 hours a day – 7 days a week (subject to periodic scheduled downtime for system maintenance and repair) New service provisioning: Monday through Friday – Normal University working hours (excluding observed holidays)

How Do We Charge

Cellular service is charged at current vendor cost , plus 10% overhead.
