Service Description
ITS Classroom Hotline provides video conferencing (VC) services for rooms that have VC capability and scheduled by the Registrar.
Support for this service includes:
- Scheduling of event
- Working with far-site technical staff
- Testing of site destination
- Maintaining VC equipment
- On-site during VC event for trouble-shooting.
Hours of Availability
Monday -Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Customer Responsibilities
Members of the UNC-Chapel Hill community interested in a video conferencing are asked to contact 919-962-1450 well in advance of proposed conference.
How Do We Charge
There is no charge for video conference services in rooms that have VC capability and that are scheduled by the Registrar. Service is offered in all other rooms via a service level agreement that includes a $4,000 per year annual fee or an ad-hoc fee of a $100 setup fee, plus $45 per hour.
