Service Description
Software Acquisition holds an account with Comodo Certificate Authority. Other campus entities can purchase SSL certificates from Comodo via this account through Software Acquisition.
Hours of Availability
This service is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. It is our experience that certificates are generally available within 2 business days, however Comodo may take longer.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer must handle the creation of the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) and install the supplied SSL certificate. Software Acquisition provides no support for installation of the SSL certificates.
How Do We Charge
The cost of the certificates ordered is charged back to the ordering department.
