Service Description
If increased data network security or access control is required by the customer, ITS can, in cooperation with the customer based their specific requirements, restrict the type of network traffic within the limits of the parameters the UNC network can control. Note: Due to privacy concerns ITS does not do deep packet inspection- ACL definition

Hours of Availability
In-service and emergency support: 24 hours a day – 7 days a week (subject to periodic scheduled downtime for system maintenance and repair) New service provisioning: Monday through Friday – Normal University working hours (excluding observed holidays)Customer
