Helix server (RealServer ) from Real.com for multimedia streaming of Real, QT and MPEG files.

Hours of Availability

This service is available 24x7. Maintenance is generally done in the standard ITS maintenance windows. Setup and configuration support Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
