Service Description
The ITS Project Management Office (PMO) provides project management and project management services to better support University initiatives.
The PMO has developed and uses a Project Management framework and template based on PMI's global standard.
Services offered include:
- Project Management best practice coaching and mentoring including ITS Project Management framework and template guidance. We also provide assistance on tools and technologies that support consistent and successful projects
- Project Management of projects using a standard lifecycle methodology
- Project Management start-up services
Hours of Availability
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Excluding University holidays
Customer
Educational and administrative units and departments campus-wide.
Customer Responsibilities
Will be identified dependent on stated needs.
How Do We Charge
Services within ITS are free of charge. Charges for services external to ITS may be required depending on the project on a cost recovery basis.
