Service Description

The Digital Media Lab, located on the bottom floor of the Undergraduate Library gives UNC-Chapel Hill students, faculty and staff access to the latest in multimedia software and hardware. A dedicated audio studio, several video editing suites and a duplication station are all focused on the production of new digital media. Hardware & Software: Audio Studio –

Hours of Availability

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am until 9:45 pm Friday: 8:00 am until 4:45 pm Saturday: closed Sunday: 2:00 pm until 9:45 pm


The Design Lab is available to all students, faculty, and staff at UNC. You will need an ONYEN to log into the computers.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer must schedule time to use all Digital Media Lab services. Lab use is by appointment only.
