Service Description
Telephone services provided in support of the Norstar key systems (i.e. PBX like functions and services). The Norstar systems are rented to campus departments (service includes KSU maintenance, system programming and desk-set repair.)- Install and/or connect wall outlet

Hours of Availability
In-service and emergency support: 24 hours a day – 7 days a week (subject to periodic scheduled downtime for system maintenance and repair) New service provisioning: Monday through Friday – Normal University working hours (excluding observed holidays)Customer
