Service Description

Store and inventory paper and forms:

• Count inventory monthly
• Prepare and distribute inventory reports monthly
• Notify customers when supplies are low
• Mark inventory so other personnel can identify
• Receive shipments to replenish inventory

Hours of Availability

Available 24 x 7.

Customer

Current customers include 30-plus UNC-Chapel Hill business units including Student Information Systems, Payroll, General Finance, General Administration, Alumni and Development Office.

Customer Responsibilities

Forms are stored for ITS Enterprise Operations customers who use ITS Printing Services. Customers provide data in acceptable and supported ITS Enterprise Operations print stream formats and purchase/provide special forms per ITS Enterprise Operations standards for printing and mailing services.
