This page lists web conferencing tools provided centrally by Information Technology Services (ITS) and tools provided by various IT departments on campus. You can also download a PDF of the full matrix.

These tools are recommended because support is available for them on campus. ITS does not support free tools such as Google Hangouts or Apple FaceTime.

* Call must be initiated through the Skype meeting link. You can join the call from a smartphone or from a computer and choose to use your phone for the audio.

 

These tools are used by different departments on campus. Licenses for these tools are not provided centrally by ITS. If you are interested in one of these tools, contact your department’s IT support group for information on availability.
