Enterprise Workload AutomationEnterprise Workload Automation Systems Specialists are responsible for technical support of daily production services and supporting highly specialized needs of Enterprise Systems Automation Services and its customers. This includes job scheduling for a variety of applications across multiple platforms and operating system environments, other tasks related to workload automation such as creating web-based scheduling and reporting capability to distribute to others, specialized support related to FTPs and enterprise hardware needs such as firewall and switch setup, configuration and management, contract software support, and backup services support.
Enterprise Workload Automation Systems Technical Support Analysts are responsible for daily production activity including production job scheduling and monitoring. This group also functions as liaisons with ITS Franklin customers. They provide support for Student Information, General Finance and Administration, Payroll and Human Resources, Physicians and Associates, Alumni, UNC TV, and many other production applications. The analysts ensure the integrity of administrative reports, checks, bills, pamphlets, printed forms, tax documents, and many other special forms that are printed, folded, mailed, or distributed.
