Computer Operations GroupThe ITS Franklin Computer Operations is responsible for overseeing, running, and monitoring daily production activity. This includes production job monitoring, administrative report and special forms printing, mailing and/or distribution. Operations provides these services for Student Information, General Finance and Administration, Payroll and Human Resources, Physicians and Associates, Alumni, UNC TV, and many other production applications. This group prints, folds, inserts, mails and distributes production administrative reports, checks; bills, pamphlets, printed forms, tax documents, and many other special forms. It ensures production quality of work and timeliness of schedules.
