ITS Franklin Tier 2 SupportITS Franklin Tier 2 Support operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A Support Analyst is available to provide information and/or resolve problems related to most areas of ITS Franklin. The Support Analyst will evaluate the customer's problem and take the necessary action to expedite the problem in a timely manner, consulting with programmers, analysts, or communications specialists as necessary.
