IAIG to host Second Life update
March 31, 2008 at 11:16 am | In Events, Features, Instructional NewsThe upcoming Instructional Applications Interest Group meeting will feature an update on several Second Life projects by Kathy Kyzer of ITS Teaching and Learning and Larry Taylor of the School of Information and Library Science. The update will take place Thursday, April 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in room 328 of the Health Sciences Library.
Kyzer and Taylor presented “Immerse Yourself: Delivering Instruction in Virtual Worlds” at the 2008 Teaching and Learning with Technology Conference. A webcast of their presentation is available.

Conrad to speak at 16th annual IT Awards

New ACD makes 962-HELP even better

That’s why the ITS Response Center (ITRC) recently implemented a new automated call distribution system, or ACD, to route calls to 962-HELP, ITS’ technical customer support line.

Color printing debuts at Student Union computer lab

Double-sided printing is not recommended for color printing, but is an option for printing any document.
