ITS Response Center automates RAC-F password resets
September 17, 2007 at 7:05 am | In Features, ITS AnnouncementsPassword resets are the most common request to the ITS Response Center, the equivalent of the constant work of two full-time employees per year. A combined initiative by the ITRC and Identity Management will automate password resets for the RAC-F system, removing almost a third of the ITRC’s password reset load and lightening the workload of several related personnel across campus.
