New numbers established for ITS Manning and ITS Franklin

This week, ITS Telecommunications is implementing new contact information for the ITS Manning and ITS Franklin buildings.

To reach staff at ITS Manning, customers can call 445-9400. This number will reach administrative staff in the ITS Manning lobby and, as backup, the ITS Franklin front desk, fourth floor administration desk or CIO office. To reach the ITS Franklin front desk, callers can dial 445-8080.

Renovations continue in summer months

iPod saves money for ITRC

If you’ve ever called 962-HELP, you have used the ITS Response Center’s ACD - automated call distribution system. With an average of 265 calls per day, it’s inevitable that some callers will be placed on hold. And the ITS Response Center, or ITRC, has just upgraded its system by switching to an iPod to handle the entire music-on-hold component of the ACD.
