Oct. 27 Freaky Friday to feature Remedy Update

The update will cover IT-Services Profile, a Remedy application to provide control panel access to RFS problem tickets and PTS projects, and Inventory Management, a Remedy application that facilitates the collection of key data elements of a department’s hardware assets.
