This weekend, June 11-12, the campus mainframe will be moved into the new facility. Because of that physical move, there will be instances of unavoidable interruption in each service offered from this location.

ITS Franklin Data Center turned over to ITS personnel

Designed to meet the environmental, power, networking and security demands of some of the University’s largest servers, the new ITS Franklin Data Center represents an important milestone in the University’s history.
ITS Franklin Data Center: service update for June 3 - 13

Over the next two weeks there will be at some point at least one unavoidable interruption in each service offered from this location. However, we are trying to minimize these outages and schedule them for off-peak hours. Know that one of the highest priorities for the project team is to minimize service disruptions for our customers.

ThinkTank 2005 includes breakout sessions (Academic Innovations, Program Administrative Innovations, and Technology Innovations in Support of Academic Computing).
