Walk west down Franklin Street toward Carrboro. Continue past the Mediterranean Deli, and ITS Franklin will be on your right.
Take I-40W to Exit 273A (NC-54W toward Chapel Hill). Continue for about 3 miles, then stay straight to continue onto Raleigh Road (NC-54 W). It will eventually become South Road. When you come to Cameron Avenue, turn right. Turn left onto Franklin Street and proceed about 4 blocks. ITS Franklin will be on your right.
Take US 15/501 South. It will become Durham Chapel Hill Boulevard. It will eventually become US 15/501 South. Take the ramp toward UNC-Chapel Hill. Turn right onto Raleigh Road (NC-54 W). It will eventually become South Road. When you come to Cameron Avenue, turn right. Turn left onto Franklin Street and proceed about 4 blocks. ITS Franklin will be on your right.
Take I-40E toward Burlington/Durham. After about 42 miles, take exit 266 (NC-86) toward Chapel Hill. Keep right at the fork to get on NC-86. It will become Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (Historic Airport Road). Turn right onto Franklin Street and proceed about 4 blocks. ITS Franklin will be on your right.
ITS Franklin Help Desk ITS Franklin's Help Desk operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A Support Analyst is available to provide information and/or resolve problems related to most areas of ITS Franklin. The Support Analyst will evaluate the customer's problem and take the necessary action to expedite the problem in a timely manner, consulting with programmers, analysts, or communications specialists as necessary.
