Screen sharing

Screen sharing is a feature in UNC Live Chat that enables the wizard to share control of your computer for easier troubleshooting and demonstration.

When a wizard initiates screen sharing with you, you will see the screen below. By selecting ok on the screen below, you will allow the wizard to:
1) view your desktop
2) share control over your mouse and keyboard.
3) draw and highlight on your desktop

To stop screen sharing, you can take control of your cursor/mouse OR you can click "Stop Screen Sharing" under the screen sharing menu in your chat session.
