Upon initializing a session you will see the prompt below.
Simply click "Yes" to install.

Although we recommend viewing with Internet Explorer, you can still use Netscape 7.0 for UNC Live Chat. Upon initializing a session you will see the prompt below.
Click "Continue".

At this prompt, click "Grant this session".

Netscape 4.x

Although we recommend viewing with Internet Explorer, you can still use Netscape 4.x for UNC Live Chat. Upon initializing a session you will see the prompt below.
Click "Next".

Click "Next".

Make sure the radio button "Accept this certificate for this session" is selected and then click "Next".

Click "Next".

Click "Finish".

Click "Grant".

You are now ready to chat with one of our live wizards!
