Transferring files

With UNC Live Chat, you can exchange files between you and the wizard.

To send your wizard your file go to Tools and then click "send file"
Then select the file to transfer.

When a wizard sends you a file, you have an option to reject or accept a file.

After you click to accept, designate where you would like to save the file to.
(ie. in My Documents or on your Desktop)
