IT Infrastructure and Operations

IT Infrastructure and Operations provides machine room and facilities management services for the ITS data centers, around-the-clock operational support for all ITS business computing activities, infrastructure for the operating systems for all non-research ITS servers, disaster recovery and business continuity activities for ITS, and infrastructure support to the desktop for the campus. The division is comprised of the Control Center, Desktop Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Storage Management, Infrastructure Management & Operating Systems Support and Enterprise Systems Automation Services.
