ITS Finance & Administration division provides financial management, human resources support and administrative services to ITS. The department handles financial planning and budgeting, human resources, benefits, parking, facilities management and facility-related security.

Accounting
Accounting Services provides budgeting, cost accounting and financial statement support for ITS management. Accounting Services also develops business practices and policies that comply with federal, state and University guidelines and promote operational economies.
Administrative Services
The Administrative Services group provides ITS staff administrative services to ITS Franklin. Services include providing customer assistance to staff and visitors, handling DHL shipping, ordering supplies and stocking workrooms, assisting HR staff, taking minutes at meetings and issuing parking permits and office/building keys.
HR
ITS Human Resources provides personnel services to ensure staff employment and payroll needs are met. Services include payroll, recruitment, leave management, development of internal policies and procedures, employee relations, ISP management and maintenance of off-campus use agreements, division listservs and the IT contact database.

Pinnacle Support Services
Pinnacle Support Services provides billing and collections support for ITS to University departments, UNC Hospitals and UNC-Chapel Hill affiliates.
University departments are billed monthly for all ITS-supported services, which include charges for local telephone service, network services, local and long distance, equipment rental, installation and other special construction charges. Monthly charges may be accessed through ConnectCarolina.
UNC Hospitals and UNC-Chapel Hill affiliates receive monthly statements for all ITS-supported services, including charges for local telephone service, network services, local and long distance, equipment rental, installation and other special construction charges.
Procurement Services
Procurement Services is responsible for the acquisition of goods and services for ITS. Our mission is to ensure that University policies and procedures are administered in order to obtain the goods necessary to support the strategic financial planning for ITS.
Software Distribution
ITS Software Distribution provides a single, centralized point of contact where information about University site licenses may be obtained. Visit software.unc.edu for more information.
