Our Focus

The Human Resources and Payroll Applications team is responsible for providing information technology services in support of the University's HR and Payroll business processes. The team provides systems analysis, programming, testing and IT consulting services in the following key areas:

SPA Personnel Actions

The Inpower/HRIS system along with ApplicantWeb, and RecruitmentWeb support the lifecyle of an SPA employee from the point of job application to new hire, and all subsequent personnel actions.

EPA Personnel Actions

EPAWeb supports the lifecycle of EPA personnel from the point of new hire through all subsequent actions. Future plans include building a EPA-RecruitmentWeb to support EPA recruiting.

Benefits Administration

The BenefitsWeb application, when implemented in late 2006, will be the central source of Benefits Administration and provide employees online access to their current benefits.

Time and Attendance

The team is currently engaged in a project to implement the Kronos application across the campus for the collection of timesheet and employee leave information.

Payroll

All of the above services are primary feeders of information into the Payroll application for the generation of employee paychecks.
