Our Focus
The Health Services team provides application software development and support for the UNC Physicians & Associates (P&A) administrative office and its in-house system, the Patient Accounting System. The system provides all functionality needed for billing professional medical services, including charge entry and validation, claims processing, remittance processing, denial work queues, patient billing and collections, financial reporting, management tools and a variety of administrative utilities. The team also provides an online Help Guide for customer documentation and provides system overview training for P&A staff.
