PowerPoint's Presenter view, a built-in function of PowerPoint 2007, allows a presenter greater flexibility when using PowerPoint. A presenter can move between slides in a non-linear fashion much more easily and can blacken the screen for the audience while retaining an image of the presentation on his or her own screen. PowerPoint Presenter tracks the duration of a presentation and shows it to the presenter but not the audience. Bosley will show how PowerPoint Presenter can be used to manage your presentations more efficiently, as well as discuss PowerPoint's general strengths and weaknesses.
