Malcolm Brown's presentation focused on finding ways to innovate successfully within the institutional context. Technological innovation in teaching and learning is especially challenging given the rapid pace of change in the tools. Brown, Director of Academic Computing at Dartmouth College, described a collaborative preparation process that can assist with a more active pursuit of innovation.
