LearnIT
ITS LearnIT provides a portal to opportunities for faculty, staff, and students to learn about the use of information technology (IT) to increase productivity and to engage in discussions about technology's role and impact on the University mission.
On February 28, 2009, the computer-based training (CBT) service, which had served Carolina since June 2005, ceased service when its current license expired. The decision not to renew the license for this service was a difficult one, but necessary in order to achieve the level of budget cuts currently mandated. To provide some form of online training opportunities for the campus users, LearnIT is providing links to IT text, audio, and video tutorials and other training materials.
