Websubmit (Online Help Request)
Another way to submit problem tickets through Request for Service(RFS) to Remedy groups is to use the Online Help Request. This is a quick way for non-Remedy and Remedy users alike to send tickets to Campus Remedy groups who offer and maintain a Websubmit. Tickets are generated and the creator can check on the progress and update the open ticket from the Online Help Request interface. Documentation is located here on the help site.
