Request for Service (RFS), Project Tracking System (PTS) and PTS Customer are applications that can be accessed through an internet browser. The supported browsers by operating system are shown below in the Compatibility Matrix. The Remedy team is using version, 7.1, of Remedy's application software as of Saturday, May 2nd, 2009.  Click on the Mid-Tier URL below to begin using Mid-Tier, login with your onyen/onyen password, select the application from the HomePage.
